Yes. Every candidate profile is human-verified before it goes live on the platform, so companies only browse real, vetted talent.
Candidates pay a one-time ₹199 fee to get a lifetime verified profile. There are no monthly charges for candidates — the verified badge stays with your profile.
Verification is usually completed within a day. Until your profile is verified, it won't appear in company search results.

All communication happens in a Slack-style in-platform chat — for both shortlisting and ongoing work — so you never have to share personal phone numbers.
The built-in CRM tracks calls, follow-ups, remarks, lead status and conversions for every team member. The IVR routes inbound calls, records them and connects callers to the right agent.
AI calling and managing is ₹999 per user per month plus 18% GST. Activate it for as many users as you need and turn it off anytime.
